Is the Newborn Sleep Class for me?
- Your baby won’t sleep anywhere but in your arms
- You’re expecting and you want to establish healthy sleep habits from the start
- You want a flexible routine and daily structure without feeling stuck at home
- You’re up for hours each night trying to help your baby fall back to sleep
- You want to help your baby sleep but you have no idea where to start
- Crying it out is not for you
then this class is for you
This is a NO CRY approach. We do not expect newborns to have the skills to self-soothe and we will never ask you to let your newborn cry it out. This class helps you lay the foundation for healthy sleep for your newborn and ultimately decreases the overall amount of crying in the long run for your child.
Absolutely! This class is 100% breastfeeding friendly. Whether you breastfeed or bottle feed, you can lay the foundation for healthy sleep. It doesn't have to be one or the other.
We believe the American Academy of Pediatric's recommendation to avoid bedsharing is the safest way for your baby to sleep, however, almost everything in the Newborn Class can be applied to co-sleeping families as well!.
We recommend taking the class during your last 1-2 months of pregnancy, or anytime between 0-12 weeks of your baby being born.
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
